STRIVE Weekend Retreat Camper Info
What should I bring to camp:
I am sure you are starting to get things together for camp, so I thought I’d give you some “don’t forgets”!
Sleeping bag,
Blanket
Pillow
Ear plugs
Toque + warm socks
Flashlight or Headlamp
Towel + Toiletries for showering
Bathing suit
Flip Flops
Workout clothing (2-3 sets)
Sneakers
Yoga mat you don’t mind getting dirty
Boxing gloves/pads if you have them
Clothing and accessories in your team color (if you are unsure what team you are on send me a note)
Water bottle
Travel mug
Warm clothes/Blanket for the fire
Camp chair
Waterproof boots/shoes (for damp grass in the morning)
Rain jacket
Feel free to bring snacks and beverages. You will have access to a large walk-in fridge and freezer.
