Women's Wellness Retreat

A day just for YOU!
The 1 day retreat will be hosted by Strive, at the Beautiful, Hammond River Angling Association located in Nauwigewauk, NB.
A beautiful setting, serene, peaceful, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
Things are hectic, life is busy.
As women, we don’t often get a chance to take a little time to prioritize ourselves.
We know the importance of taking time for yourself, and getting a well deserved breather from the everyday craziness!
You'll have a chance to connect with like-minded women, and just be present.
Our day kicks off at 9am and wraps up around 4pm.
You'll take home some STRIVE swag.
No cooking or dishes, your lunch + snacks are provided.
You will enjoy 3 movement opportunities, 2 speakers, and cap our day off with some relaxing + restorative yoga!
While each retreat varies in sessions the spring 2024 retreat will offer:
How our day will flow (ish)*:
8:30 - Doors open for participant check-in
9:00 - Welcome/Introductions
9:15 - Activity #1: Body weight workout with Amy Briggs, Twisted Fitness Studio
10:15 - Break/Snack/Speaker:Sam Edwards, Station Street Health
11:00 - Activity #2: Boxing fundamentals with Alicia Oram
12:00 - Lunch + Downtime
1:15 - Activity #3: Barre with Rebekah Logan, Bright Light Fitness
2:15 - Break / Snack + Speaker #2: Maria Morehouse, Health without dieting
3:00 - Activity #4: Yoga with Paula Creary
Even with our full day, its purposely orrelaxed, and allow for a little down time to walk down to the river, sit, catch up with old/new friends. these events are designed to help you reconnect, de-stress and focus on feeling great.
