Boot Camp & Yoga at Buttercup Barn!
What better way to spend an evening - a 45 min workout with Maria, topped off with 45 mins of yoga with Lindsay!
Our workouts will be DIFFERENT and fun each week, and all fitness levels welcome (we can modify to accommodate). Remember this is in addition to your regular workout routine! These types of workouts are interval type training, mixed with lighter intensity activity. Yoga with Lindsay will be the perfect cool down, calming and gentle stretching exactly where we need it! All you need to bring is yourself, a friend (or two!), water & a yoga mat or towel. (If we need anything for the workouts I’ll bring it! See, no excuses!) Workouts will be outdoors, weather permitting! Otherwise, we will move inside the beautiful Buttercup Barn. (Some bug spray would be a good idea too.) BOOT CAMP Monday evenings at Buttercup Barn! Space is limited to 20 spots. In the event of inclement weather we can move class into the barn and still maintain spacing for physical distancing. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat (strap & block). $90 (tax incl) |
