What does the 1 day event include?
While each retreat varies, you can always expect:
Inclusion. All women of all body types are welcome here. This is a safe space for you to take some time just for you. A day to get away from the hustle and bustle, move your body, connect with like minded women, and try /leaning new things. This retreat is built on the foundation of: Belonging, support, togetherness, challenge and fun!

8:30 Registration + Waiver and release 9:00 Welcome. Housekeeping. Introductions. 9:15 - 10:00 Activity #1 Barre (Andrea Linton) 10:00 - 10:30 Break/Snack and Speaker #1 Kealy Whittaker, Laura Gatien and Associates 11:00 - 11:45 Activity #2 Zumba (Elaine Knox) 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch + Downtime 1:15 - 2:00 Activity #3 Fitness Boxing 2:15 - 2:45 Break / Snack + Speaker #2 Brandy + Maria East Coast Intuitive Eaters 3:00 - 3:45 Yoga with Lindsay Hall, Yoga and OT 4:00 Wrap up + Goodbyes *Subject to changes. |
What you need to know + bring with you:
Work out clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
Yoga mat or Towel that you don't mind getting dirty.
Boxing gloves/pad if you have them (if not, that's ok, there are extras)
Restrooms are Portable Toilets.
There is no running water in the barn, so be sure to bring a few bottles of water with you!
We will be moving A LOT, so extra snacks are a good idea.
An open mind, willingness to try, and a positive attitude, this day is for any BODY.
