This is a day just for you!
Things are hectic, life is busy.
As women, we don’t often get a chance to take a little time, and prioritize our need do something for ourselves. That's what this day is all about... taking time for yourself, trying new things, getting a well deserved breather from the everyday craziness!
You'll have a chance to connect with like-minded women, and just be present.
Our day kicks off at 9am and wraps up around 4pm.
No cooking or dishes, your lunch + snacks are provided.
You will enjoy 3 movement opportunities, 2 speakers, and cap our day off with some relaxing + restorative yoga!
You'll take home some STRIVE swag.
