What does your weekend retreat include?
While each retreat varies, you can always expect: Inclusion. EVERYbody. This is a safe space for you to take some time just for you. A getaway from the hustle and bustle, move your body, connect with like minded women, and try /leaning new things. This retreat is built on the foundation of: Belonging, support, togetherness, challenge and fun! What was your favorite memory from camp? Campfires/ Sing along? Friends/ Catching up? Food/ Snacks made for you? Cabins/ Bunks/Sleeping bags? Singing for your supper? Feeling carefree/relaxed? Activities? Challenges? |

Camp Pascobac is a rustic camp located in Kars, NB. There are 5 cabins and a community/common area (dinning hall) on the beautiful Belleisle Bay! Accomodates 45 campers.
The accommodations can best be described as summer camp when we were kids. You know, roll out the sleeping bag on a bunk. Your home cooked meals/snacks are provided. The cabins do have electricity, and have bunks with mattresses (think those blue gym class mats). The washroom/showers are located in a separate building, only a short distance from the cabins.
WE gather for all Meals/Activities in the dining hall, again a short distance from the cabins.
Friday night we have our meet and greet/ vendor fair. Saturday there will be fitness and other activities to choose from, a team challenge, dance party, and wind down with a campfire and sing-along with live music. Sunday we have some morning activities, camp clean up and on our way home by noon!
Of course there is downtime...but you have the option to do as few/many activities you'd like. NO pressure!
