We know the importance of taking time for yourself, and getting a well deserved breather from the everyday craziness!

While each retreat varies in sessions, Yoga, Boxing, Zumba, Meditation, Pound, Barre, Pilates, Intervals,
and Self defense are a few movement options we've had in the past.
